Your Comfort Zone is a 501(c)(3) Founded in So Ca 2011 & now also servicing Washington state, Inspired from a life changing experience in 1991 non-profit that was inspired in 1991 from a life-changing experience that met me again head on years later and after going through so many mental challenges and questioning my self worth. I decided to keep loving and I want to show you how: Our mission is to empower you queen and help you or someone close to you overcome the pain from being physically and/or mentally abused. You’re not alone. Let us guide you in a positive direction to regain control and continue leading the happy life you deserve.
Our Services and Healing Approach
We offer trauma-informed care through our heart-2-hearts or group sessions not limited to group activities. These programs are available virtually or in-person, based on your preference, needs, and/or location. Our goal is to guide you through emotional healing and help you develop coping skills for a brighter, healthier life. Including referrals for employment assistance, housing support, and personal development.
Our programs emphasize safety, confidentiality, and empowerment. We collaborate with like-minded affiliates to ensure every girl, young lady, and woman feels secure, heard, and understood.
